Occupational Therapy services for young families in Perth and Adelaide

Supporting Families Through Occupational Therapy

Founder of Early Years OT - Sara King.

At Early Years Occupational Therapy, we offer whole-family interventions through nurturing therapy and coaching support.

We recognise that when both children and parents are supported, therapy can bring clarity, perspective, and awareness.

Together, we empower families to grow, connect, and thrive.

Whole-family interventions

Founded by Sara King in 2019 as a paediatric occupational therapy practice, Early Years Occupational Therapy has supported countless families with children aged 0–12 years.

Through years of working closely with children, Sara knows firsthand how overwhelmed and challenged many parents feel while juggling competing demands.

Sara also recognises that parents often work tirelessly to give their children the best access to therapy but struggle to prioritise their own wellbeing.

Recognising the need for a more focused approach to support parents alongside their children, Sara has expanded the practice to include a dedicated parent-focused service.

This unique approach connects the needs of both children and parents, offering integrated support that strengthens the entire family unit — not just the child.

A holistic, focused approach

We’re registered with Medicare, private health funds, and the NDIS (plan and self-managed participants), helping you access the support your family needs.
